Friends of Animals (FoA) advises that the Humane Farming Association in California (HFA) announced it plans to escalate its campaign to stop “Egg Products Inspection Act Amendments of 2012”, HR3798.

Bradley Miller, National Director of the HFA said, “The egg industry is seeking to establish egg factory cages as a national standard that could never be challenged or changed by state law or public vote.”

According to FoA, is the HSUS now endorsing and agreement with the United Egg Producers (UEP) it previously opposed – egg factory cages?
