FDA/CVM – Advises Vets of Phenobarbital Recall
Manufacturer, Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, has recalled several lots of Phenobarbital 32.4 mg. and Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen 10mg./500mg., due to a label mix-up between the 2 drug products.
