Manufacturer, Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, has recalled several lots of Phenobarbital 32.4 mg. and Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen 10mg./500mg., due to a label mix-up between the 2 drug products. The Phenobarbital labels were placed on the Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen bottles and the Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acepaminopen labels were placed on the Pheonbarbital bottles. Problems have been reported.

Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablets, USP 10mg/500mg, NDC0603-3888-20, 60 count, Lot Nos. T150G10B, T120J10E and T023M10A.

Phenobarbital Tablets, 32.4 mg, NDC 0603-5166-32, 1000 Count, Lot Nos. T150G10B, T120J10E and T023M10A.

Please check bottles for these lot numbers.
