There are more Diamond Pet Food recalls due to suspected salmonella contamination at the Diamond Pet Food facility in Gascon, South Carolina. The CDC (Center for Disease Control) reports that several humans have come down with salmonella after handling pet foods. While the pet foods listed have been distributed to certain states, it is not known if distribution includes other places. Please check any bags of food you may have from the list of companies. Call the individual companies directly or go to each one’s website if you have any questions. Just a suggestion – don’t feed your pets any food made by Diamond Pet Food until the problem is resolved.
