What does the Australian Mist look like?

This Aussie is a medium size cat with a round head and large eyes which can be any shade of green. The ears are large as well. The coat is short. Colors are brown, blue, chocolate, lilac, gold and peach, all in 2 patterns – spots or marble swirls. Tail, legs and neck are ringed or barred. Random ticking in solid color areas gives them a misty appearance.

Australian Mists are excellent family pets with their great temperament. They are very affectionate and bond closely with their family. They are especially good with children of all ages and rarely scratch. These Aussies are content to always remain indoors. Some can be trained to walk outside with a harness. They are lap cats and get along well not only with their humans, but other pets as well.
