Can you feed snails tomatoes?

Tomatoes are not toxic to snails and they can eat them in limited amounts. Snails are able to eat a large variety of fruits and vegetables, preferably organically grown and free of pesticides or washed very well. Don't feed onion, salty food or any processed starches such as bread or pasta. Fish food and sweet potatoes are very high in nutrients and should be added to the snail's diet.
