How do you treat mange?

It depends on the type of mange and breed of dog as some breeds can be sensitive to medications. Your vet needs to be consulted about treatment as some treatments can be toxic if not used properly. There are different types of treatment - oral medications, topical drugs, injectibles, shampoos and dips. Your dog needs to be diagnosed by the vet to determine which mange it is and the treatment.
