What fruits and vegetables are good for hamsters?

I'd like to feed my hamster fruits and vegetables. Are there any that are dangerous for them? What are the best ones?

Most fruits and veggies are good for hamsters. When feeding, remove pits and seeds. Dispose daily of any uneaten food in the cage. Foods that are dangerous for hamsters include raw kidney beans, onions, raw potato, potato tops, raw rhubarb, rhubarb leaves, tomato leaves. Sugary food such as chocolate or salted foods are a no-no. Wash fruit and veggies well before feeding them to your hamster. Go slowly, feed small pieces to avoid diarrhea.
