Is it true that the only way dogs sweat is through the bottom of their feet?

I heard that the only way a dog can sweat and remove heat is from the bottoms of their feet...is there any other way to cool off?

They don't have sweat glands in their skin like humans. They remove heat from their body through their mouth= panting. I've never heard of seating through their feet, but it could be a second way. :)
