Providingl the correct temperature is very important for the lizard's health. You may have to purchase a special heating and lighting lamp. Different types of lizards can require specific needs for heat and light. The important thing is to have temperature gradients. That is to have one area of the cage warmer and another area a bit cooler and shady so that the lizard can choose which is more comfortable at any time. Check with your supplier as to the proper heating and lighting equipment for your lizard.
