Why does my dog's breath stink?

If your dog's breath smells so badly, it could mean that s/he needs a teeth cleaning. Bad breath can also come from the type of food your dog is eating. But you should have your dog checked by  the vet to make sure the odor is not the result of an infection or other medical problem.
