Sex organs are internal in males making it difficult to determine sex. But there are clues. In males,the tail is longer and thicker, tapering less to the tip. Females have thinner, shorter tails. However, if you don't have one of each sex to compare, it's even more difficult to tell the sex. An experienced veterinarian or breeder is the best person to ask about the sex of your snake.
