Can different species of pythons be bred together?

I have a ball python and my friend has a green tree python. Can we breed them together? What will the babies look like?

While some breeds of snakes can live together, they do not breed. However, sub-species - different pythons - may breed in captivity. The dominant genes will determine what the babies look like. Never keep venomous and non-venomous snakes housed together.
