I've read that large breeds don't stop growing until they reach 2-years-old. Should I be giving my Mastiff puppy food until he reaches 2 or do I stop with the puppy food when she is one year old?
You can stop the puppy food at one year old. Gradually introduce the new food by mixing, adding a bit more of the new every couple of days. And yes, it's true, large breeds reach their full growth at 2-2 1/2 years old.
