Can I let my horse graze in a field with cows?

Is there something special I need to do to introduce them? Will they get along?

Cows are more able to digest rich pasture. Horses can be fussy about the type of grass they will graze. So it depends on the type of pasture grass where they are grazing. Of course it also depends on the individual's personality, but otherewise they get along well so there's no problem in allowing them to graze together.
