First check all hiding places in your home. Cats can crawl into small spaces and hide. Contact local animal shelters and animal control agencies with description of your cat. Enlist the help of neighbors and friends to keep a watch for your cat. Walk through the neighborhood at every opportunity, carrying treats and calling your cat's name. Give out and post flyers with a photo of your cat and pertinent information. Leave fresh dishes of cat food and water outside your house.
