Lolly Chocran is an equine veterinarian who established a clinic in Massachusetts. Her expertise is equine sports medicine and surgery. She retired in 2012.  A juvenile biography (1989) , "Lolly Chochran, Veterinarian", written by Liza Ketchum and Marsha Schwarz, available on Amazon.com, describes her life from childhood on to the challenges she faced as a woman scientist.
