It's difficult to tell whether mother cat has abandoned her kittens. If she doesn't come back shortly, you can try feeding them. Your pet shop or vet probably has kitten formula & an eye dropper or doll's bottle to make feeding easier. Newborns need warmth so a covered hot water bottle will help. Make sure it's well covered so it won't burn them. If you can't care for them yourself, try taking them to your nearest animal shelter. Sadly, newborns that have been left by the mother usually don't survive.
